Blind Faith:Twenty-Nine

Aden:

Allura was bringing Lotor an ice pack for his head, when suddenly, she heard a familar voice. "Well, Princess, aren't we fectingly comfortable?" Zarkon's jaded eyes raked over her makeshift sleep attire.

"You!" Allura's face paled. "Where's Lotor?"

"He ran away." Zarkon said with a smirk.

"Run away?" Allura looked shocked. "No, Lotor wouldn't have -"

"Left you, my dear princess? I'm afraid he has. Don't worry. We'll find him!"

"You're LYING!" Allura's anger overcame her fear - at least for the moment.

"I, the one is about to become the savior of the Alliance?" Zarkon reached out and lifted her chin. "What?" Allura gasped. So her suspicion were Why didn't Lotor tell her? Why had he run away?

Why had he left her to face his father?

A strange feeling of hurt washed over the Princess. She thought that they were becoming friens - maybe something more.

It hurt.

It hurt because...

she loved him,she didn't how or when, but she did.

Zarkon suddenly jerked her arm painfully, throwing Allura off balance. In reflex, she smashed the ice pack in Zarkon's face, startling him for a moment, giving her time to escape the confines of the ship.

Explorer: A Tale Of Two Hackers

Chip Drakeson was a genius, a nerdy, glasses wearing genius, but he had proven his worth as one of the pilots of Vehicle's Air Team.

However, much like his 'twin' brother, Pidge, of the Lion Voltron Force, his passion was hacking into computer systems. Yes, it was punishable by law - but only if you got caught. Besides he and his brother had saved their fellow teammates 'bacon' a few times with this handy skill.

Explorer had been enroute to Earthstrata Shipyards when Commander Hawkins had recieved a garbled message that Galaxy Garrison - in fact, Earth, was being attacked by a second fleet of Doom!

Hawkins knew that they needed Vehicle Voltron in action, but without Amalgamus' datasystems online, Explorer could only manage a partial reading of enemy forces - which was constantly changing.

"Terminate the connection to Galaxy Garrision." Hawkins said to a nearby helmsman.

"Sir?" The helmsman turned to address his CO. "We'll be flying blind into that nest of wasps!"

"Better blind than being led into disaster by a damned robot. I told Marshall Graham it would be a mistake to have a machine in charge..."he added."That is a direct order, Ensign. Terminate the connection."

"Aye, Sir."

However, Chip, was able to bypass the termination, through a 'back door' that he had created.

His mission: To reach Pidge - and Lion Voltron.

Lion Voltron: A Twisted Miracle

"Uhhhhh...."

"Man, I've hangovers that felt better than this!"

"Everyone okay?" Keith's voice came over the com.

"Yep, Skipper..." Hunk replied."Damn, I'm starvin'! Why aren't we dead?

"Yeh." Lance quipped. "Hunk's all right. He's got food on his mind."

"Heeey..." Hunk groused back at Lance before he said, "Hey Pidge, little buddy? You ok?"

"I'm okay, Hunk." Pidge said distractedly. "Listen, you guys. I dunno how long we've been floating here, but I got news! One,that explosion hurled Voltron into our pre-programmed coordinates to where Lotor and Allura are!"

"Good!" Lance replied.

"And two?" Keith prompted.

"Totally BAD!! Chip just reached me - I think he's been trying all along! Anyway, Galaxy Garrison is under attack by a SECOND fleet of Doom!"

"Oh, crap!" Hunk exclaimed.

"We're deep in it, guys! There's more! Chip was able to hack into Amalgamus' outer system, and apparently, Amalgamus has disrupted all of the Alliance's 900 planets connected to the Garrison hub! It's PURE CHAOS!!" Pidge pushed his glasses up nervously.

"Pidge." Keith finally said. "Do that 'voodoo that you do' and keep your link open to Chip's. If he can hack into the outer system of Amalgamus, the two of you combined may be able to ~"

"Got it loud and clear, Keith."

"Ahem." Lance interjected.

"What about Lotor and the Princess?"

"We're picking them up." Keith replied.

"Yeah, before Zarkon does." The Red Lion pilot shook his head. "I've got a bad feeling about this."
